When I was a child, a group of missionaries visited our home with things we desperately needed—clothes, shoes, and even a few games. I still remember how it felt to be seen, cared for, and helped without being asked for anything in return.
That moment stayed with me. Years later, it became the inspiration behind Merck Gives Back—our commitment to share that same kindness with others in our community.
Our goal is simple: to help as many children and families thrive as we can. God willing.

Step 1 — We Deliver on Our Promise
When your roof project is completed, it becomes part of something bigger. Every job we finish creates funding capacity for our community giving program.
Step 2 — You Choose the Cause
After your project is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to choose where the support goes.
You can nominate a charity or organization that’s meaningful to you, or select from a list of community programs we already support. If you nominate a cause, we simply ask that it focuses on helping children, students, or families overcome financial barriers.
Step 3 — We Make the Connection
When your roof project is completed, it becomes part of something bigger. Every job we finish creates funding capacity for our community giving program.Once your selection is made, our team reaches out directly to the organization you chose. We introduce ourselves, confirm their preferred method of receiving contributions, and gather any necessary authorization before moving forward.
Step 4 — The Contribution Is Made
All donations are issued from Merck Roofing—not the homeowner—so the organization receives the full benefit without administrative burden on you.
